Discover Your Options for Spending Summer 2012 at WU in Washington, DC

Washington University in St. Louis Washington, DC Programs will be offering two ways in which you can take advantage of the extraordinary opportunities available in the nation’s capital during the summer of 2012.  These options are designed to accommodate the needs of all Washington University students who wish to include a Washington, DC experience in their education but who cannot include a fall or spring semester in their schedules.  Both options include housing in a double room at the University of California’s DC Center (www.ucdc.edu) and access to the program of extracurricular activities planned for Washington University students.  These activities will include trips to museums and performances, as well as social gatherings at the WashU suite a very short walk from UCDC. The Policy Process course will run from June 12th -July 28th, meeting Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings every week for 7 weeks. Students must intern for a minimum of seven weeks, and for a maximum of ten weeks. The credits given and housing cost is set no matter the length of the internship.
